are-able Education and Training is thrilled to share a significant achievement from our Early Childhood Education and Care program in Ballarat. Tracy Hogan, our dedicated Trainer and Assessor, highlights the success of four outstanding individuals – Krissy, Sarah, Jessica, and Alex.
All four graduates have completed the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, demonstrating a remarkable commitment to their studies over the past 16 months. Tracy, serving as their guide and mentor, has witnessed their growth in both theoretical knowledge and practical application during their placements.
