Are-able Education and Training Celebrates Graduates in Early Childhood Education and Care
Are-able Education and Training is thrilled to share a significant achievement from our Early Childhood Education and Care program in Ballarat. Tracy Hogan, our dedicated Trainer and Assessor, highlights the success of four outstanding individuals – Krissy, Sarah, Jessica, and Alex.
All four graduates have completed the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, demonstrating a remarkable commitment to their studies over the past 16 months. Tracy, serving as their guide and mentor, has witnessed their growth in both theoretical knowledge and practical application during their placements.
“This group not only attended classes diligently but also actively engaged in practical placements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the field,” says Tracy. “Seeing these women evolve and acquire the skills they need to excel in their chosen field is incredibly rewarding. We have not just imparted knowledge, but also empowered them to pursue their dreams.”
The completion of the program marks the beginning of promising careers for Krissy, Sarah, Jessica, and Alex. Tracy Hogan highlights, “Are-able Education and Training has not only equipped these individuals with the necessary skills for the industry but has also opened doors for them, providing opportunities for employment within their studied field.”
The positive impact of quality training on these graduates’ lives is evident in the enhanced skills and expanded opportunities.
