Along with the advertising, are-able was able to identify a jobseeker working with are-able in the work experience program who had handyman and labouring skills. Are-able organised for a meeting between the jobseeker and Andrew. As a result of the meeting a work trial was organised.
The jobseeker was able to impress by showcasing his skills and work ethic during the work trial which led to him being offered full-time employment and Oakley Aluminium finding a great fit for their business.
