Horsham Students’ Dream of Early Childhood Career Comes True with are-able Education and Training!

Arzen Alvarado and Trish Inoni, two determined and passionate women in Horsham, have turned their dreams of a rewarding career in early childhood education into a reality with the help of are-able Education and Training. Despite being relatively new to Australia, they enrolled in the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, and their journey has been nothing short of inspiring!

Arzen, who moved to Australia from the Philippines just two years ago, wasted no time in pursuing her passion for working with children. She enrolled in the Introduction course in February last year, and by March, she was already on her way to completing the Certificate III. Arzen believes that this course has not only given her valuable experience but has also helped her gain the confidence she needs to excel in her career.

Trish, who moved to Australia from the Solomon Islands six years ago, shares a similar passion for working with children. Enrolling in the same course as Arzen, Trish was determined to make a difference in the lives of children and families. She found the course challenging, but with the support of her trainer and assessor, Cindy Hammond, she gained the confidence to come out of her shell and speak for herself.

The hard work and dedication of Arzen and Trish paid off, as they were offered permanent employment in a local early childhood service before even completing the course! Both students credit their success to the caring and supportive environment provided by are-able Education and Training and their trainer, Cindy.

Arzen is thrilled with the new opportunities and experiences she has gained from the course, and she feels proud to be part of a team that works well together. Trish, on the other hand, is enjoying her newfound independence and the friendships she has made, along with having her own income.
