Through are-able’s Mini Woolies program in Swan Hill, Toby is building practical, real-world work skills in a supported and inclusive environment. From customer interaction to following routines and building confidence, this hands-on program gives participants the chance to learn by doing.

Mini Woolies is designed to mirror a real retail workplace, helping participants develop skills that translate directly into open employment, while building confidence, independence, and pride along the way.

Toby’s progress is a great example of what’s possible when the right support, environment, and opportunity come together.
