Access and Inclusion Action Plan 2025 Annual Report now available
We’ve released our Access and Inclusion Action Plan (AIAP) 2025 Annual Report, providing a clear snapshot of the progress we’ve made across the organisation over the past year.
The report tracks outcomes across our four AIAP pillars:
- Our People
- Our Systems and Processes
- Our Environment and Service Delivery
- Our Community and Partnerships
It also highlights practical changes now embedded in our day-to-day work, including the establishment of the Disability Employee Network (DEN), the rollout of the Workplace Adjustment Policy, stronger accessibility practices in recruitment and onboarding, and continued improvements to digital accessibility.
The report recognises the impact of the are-able Foundation, with over $100,000 invested into 24 community organisations across regional Victoria. It also shares real stories that show how inclusive practices translate into life-changing outcomes for the people we support.
Importantly, the report is upfront about where we’re doing well and where we still need to lift our effort. Time, awareness and engagement remain challenges, and the next steps focus on stronger communication, clearer planning, expanded training, and deeper collaboration across teams.
