We are proud to celebrate Mark, a participant from our Bacchus Marsh office, who recently completed an extended work experience placement at Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto in Melton. This valuable opportunity allowed Mark to gain practical skills and build his confidence in a supportive, real-world environment, marking a significant step on his pathway to meaningful employment.

Working closely with leading hand Stu, Mark immersed himself in the daily operations of a busy automotive workshop. He gained hands-on experience with essential tasks such as changing tyres and performing oil changes, learning the intricacies of vehicle maintenance. This practical learning was instrumental in developing his understanding of the automotive industry and equipping him with tangible, in-demand skills that are highly valued by employers.
