Beck’s Dedication Leads to Rewarding Career in Early Childhood Education

are-able is celebrating the achievement of Rebecca Johnstone, known as Beck, whose commitment to training has led to a permanent role as a kinder assistant in Horsham.

Beck began her journey with are-able in March 2021 and completed the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care in September 2022. She then continued her studies, progressing to the Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Along the way, Beck balanced work, study, and family commitments, staying focused on her goal of building a career in early childhood education and care. Beck said, “I have learnt a lot and feel there’s been a lot of growth in myself.”

Beck is now working at Bani Manya Kindergarten, bringing her learning into the workplace and supporting children in their early years. We are pleased to recognise Beck’s hard work and the dedication she showed throughout her training.
