This program aims to equip participants with the skills and tools they’ll need to enjoy an active lifestyle.
There are plenty of opportunities to make friends and have fun in a social setting. The program also introduces participants to activities they might engage in after they transition from work, such as fishing or exploring local cafes with friends.
Out and About endeavours to boost confidence and provide participants with the chance to be more independent and socially engaged.
NDIS Funding
You receive support during these activities at no cost to you, as it is covered by your NDIS Plan.
Pricing for support is currently set by the NDIS and the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
This activity can be funded through the NDIS ‘Social and Community Participation’ Funding.
There might be program fees for this activity to help cover the costs of materials.
