An NDIS Community Social and Recreational Activity

Discover physical and mental health through exploration, self awareness & skill building.

Participants are guided and supported through a range of activities that aim to better overall health and wellbeing and getting out in the community.

What you can do:

  • Meditation
  • Self care/ Hygiene
  • Nature walks
  • Fun forms of exercise
  • Managing feelings and emotions
  • Mindfulness activities
  • Excursions including; mini golf, bowling, tennis and more
  • Nutrition education
  • Use fresh fruit and vegetables for a balanced diet

NDIS Funding

You receive support during these activities at no cost to you, as it is covered by your NDIS Plan.

Pricing for support is currently set by the NDIS and the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

This activity can be funded through the NDIS ‘Social and Community Participation’ Funding.

There might be program fees for this activity to help cover the costs of materials.
