Cassandra and Shea Achieve New Career Heights in Early Childhood Education
We are delighted to celebrate the achievements of Cassandra Albutt and Shea Donohue, who have both successfully completed their Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care through are-able. Their dedication and hard work have led them to secure permanent roles as Educators in Dimboola, making a real impact in their local community.
Cassandra and Shea embarked on their training journey with us in 2024. Both women demonstrated incredible commitment, balancing their studies with significant personal and professional responsibilities. Cassandra completed her course while working three separate jobs, raising her son, and buying a house. Shea managed to complete her studies while working four days a week and raising her daughter. Their journeys involved travelling for both work and study, showcasing their unwavering determination to achieve their career goals. We are incredibly proud to have supported them every step of the way as they built new skills and confidence.
Their new careers are already making a difference. Cassandra is now an inclusion support Educator, providing vital assistance to children with additional needs, highlighting the diverse and crucial roles within early childhood education. Both Cassandra and Shea are immensely proud of their accomplishments and are already looking ahead, considering enrolling in the Diploma course to further extend their skills and expertise. This commitment to continuous learning truly embodies the spirit of growth and opportunity we champion.
At are-able, we believe in creating pathways to meaningful work and supporting individuals to reach their full potential. Cassandra and Shea’s stories are wonderful examples of how local support can lead to real impact, not just for individuals, but for the communities they serve. We are thrilled to see them thrive in their new roles and look forward to supporting their future aspirations.
